Bacolod allows personal
care services to operate
BY MARCHEL P. ESPINA

The city government of Bacolod has allowed personal care services to operate at 50 percent capacity.

In Executive Order No. 43-A issued Friday, Mayor Evelio Leonardia said these establishments shall strictly follow the imposed public health standards.

Personal care services include massage parlors, sauna, facial care, and waxing.

He added that these establishments shall observe curfew hours, from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.

He said the Department of Trade and Industry issued a memorandum revising the list of business establishments or activities under Category I to IV and thereby allowed certain establishments to operate or business activities to commence in areas declared under community quarantine.

The DTI memorandum allowed personal care services to operate at 50 percent capacity in areas under modified general community quarantine, he added.

Bacolod has extended its MGCQ status until June 30.*
