for ‘Garden of Hopes’

The Negrense Volunteers for Change (NVC) Foundation Inc. has tapped RU Foundry and Machine Shop Corp. (RUFMSC) for its food sustainability project for the marginalized sector.

NVC has initiated the “Garden of Hopes” to create edible gardens in unused or empty urban lots in Bacolod City.

To prepare the gardens, the nongovernment organization tapped the resources of RUFMSC, which dispatched a technical team to share their expertise in the development and preparation of the planting site.
