Local business leader Frank Carbon is urging the city government and establishment owners to implement strict health protocols to curb the local transmission of the coronavirus disease 2019.

“Our measures and cure should be evidence and data-based as to where and how community transmissions are happening,” Carbon, chief executive officer of the Metro Bacolod Chamber of Commerce and Industry, said.

He added, “This way, our measures will be on target, sustainable and will have long term and permanent effects.”
