“Padayon Lang” is an exhibition of 26 young Negrense artists. Young people in this generation are passionate, mesmerizing and highly expressive.
“Padayon Lang” is a Hiligaynon phrase which means to continue or to keep moving forward. These artists water themselves to let their art grow more, says Edric Miles Paguntalan, a young artist and the organizer of this show who wants to make people realize that the youth is the key to the future of the next art scene in the coming times.
Exhibiting artists include Ayen Adrienne, Maria Aniog, Mariah Araña, Frances Arceño, Bea Dolloso, Hans Benedict Espina, Kim Louie Galeon, Gen Gitano, Irish Claire Grande, Julie Ann Jolo, Jadon Kilayko, Christian Matt Labios, Ronald Mananquil, John Jayvee Necessario, Dennis Occeña, Edric Miles Paguntalan, Jehu Peria, Clarence Serquillos, Katrina Therese, Rex Ticar and AC Tupas.
People who are supporting this event are Barry Cervantes, R.A Tijing, Charlie Co, Carmel Hibaler, Jemaimah Campos, Karina Broce Gonzaga, Frelan "Paks" Gonzaga and Kathryn Baynosa.
