Bacolod footballers face San Carlos
in Governorís Cup match tomorrow

Games in the Governor’s Cup Football Provincial Championship 2020 resume tomorrow with the Bacolod team going up against San Carlos City, 1:30 p.m. at Bacolod City National High School Football in the battle among North Negros squads.

In the second game, scheduled at 2:55 p.m., Talisay City will face Cadiz City.

It will be an interesting match among Central Negros squads, UNO-R Team A against Maranatha at 8 a.m., followed by the clash between UNO-R Team B and La Salle Team A.

On Sunday at the STI-West Negros University Football Field, USLS Team B will play against Trinity Christian School at 8 in the morning.

Games for Sunday afternoon will be among South Negros teams at Himamaylan Football Field.

Bago City will face Kabankalan City in the 8 a.m. match followed at 9:25 a.m. by the tussle between San Enrique and host Himamaylan.

Final game this weekend will be between Pontevedra and Bago City Team A, scheduled 2 p.m., at Himamaylan Football Field.

The football competition was organized to highlight the provincial government’s efforts to tap and develop young talents in Negros Occidental.

The tournament opened on Feb. 1 at Bago City Sports Complex.*
