BY NIDA A. BUENAFE

College basketball season in NOPSSCEA will start on Nov. 22 as the public awaits the league’s decision on STI-WNU coach Dennis “Jack” Tumayan for the physical confrontation with two high school players of Colegio de Sta. Ana - Victorias during the semi-finals game between the two schools at the STI-WNU Gym.

CSA-V team manager Paul Oliver Cruz said it has been two weeks since the Nov. 2 incident happened and the league has yet to make its decision on whether to sanction coach Tumayan or not.

Cruz also pointed out that Tumayan is also the head coach of the STI-WNU college basketball team and it will be awkward to see him on the bench coaching the Mustangs as if nothing happened.
