A birthday celebration

Negrense designer Elvie Sarrosa recently celebrated her 34th birthday at her family’s residence in Town and Country, Talisay City.

It was an evening of happy memories as family and friends made a toast and sang happy birthday to the celebrator as she turned a year wiser. Making the evening special was the presence of everyone who mattered, from her grandmother, to her parents, siblings, and close to 40 friends who came to be with her on this special day. Her church friends from UYP-His Life Ministries also came and prayed for her. Guests were treated to a sumptuous buffet and overflowing wine while dining under the stars in the well-lit sprawling garden of the Barthelemy’s.

Seen that evening were some of the subdivision’s prime movers and shakers, headed by the hardworking former association president, her stepdad Frenchman Philippe, and her Negrense mom Elda Barthelemy. Elvie has two siblings with Philippe and Elda, the 11-year-old twins Stephane and Chole, whom she loves very much. Elvie, on the other hand, is the eldest of four children, with her other siblings as equally successful as her. Her sister Hope is currently a Canadian QA, Grace works in Hong Kong, and Valerie works in Melbourne, Australia.*
