Former Bacolod Councilor Carlos Jose Lopez has requested the National Electrification Administration to energize six puroks at the relocation site in Brgy. Vista Alegre, Bacolod City.
In his letter to Edgardo Masongsong, administrator of the NEA dated Dec. 22, 2018, Lopez said this project will benefit six puroks consisting of 226 households from the poorest sector of the society.
He said he hopes his request can be implemented this year.
His request was forwarded by Francisco Caymo, NEA Corporate Planning Office department manager, to Central Negros Electric Cooperative general manager Sulpicio Lagarde Jr., and directed the latter to validate the request of Lopez and to submit pertinent documents to their Total Electrification and Renewable Energy Development Department for evaluation and possible inclusion in the electric cooperative’s sitio electrification program.*
