Teleperformance-Philippines has received a “Great Place to Work” certification by the Great Place to Work Institute, the first in the Business Process Outsourcing company in the country to get the recognition, its press release said yesterday.
The Great Place to Work Institute is a global research and consulting company that provides benchmarks, standards, and executive advisory to enable organizations to create, sustain, and recognize outstanding workplace cultures.
Companies are assessed and certified as a great place to work through surveys and focus group discussions with employees and leaders.
Over 24,000 employees across Teleperformance’s 18 offices in the Philippines participated in an online survey that rated the company in terms of culture, teamwork, growth and learning opportunities, leadership communication and support, sense of pride, and work environment, among others, the press release said.
“The Great Place to Work certification is a celebration of our values and the voice of our people. It is a true manifestation of our culture of caring and team spirit, as well as the inspiring work environment that is a key differentiator for us in the industry,” Travis Coates, managing director of Teleperformance Philippines, said in the press release.
Daniel Julien, chairman and Group CEO of Teleperformance Group, also said that the recognition “is a direct reflection of the company’s commitment to creating workplace environments that are best suited to our people’s needs and provide support for their success in serving our clients’ customers on every single interaction.”*
