Negros dad calling for more
challengers to develop PAC

Negros Occidental Board Member Salvador Escalante called yesterday for more potential challengers who can give better offer to develop the Provincial Administration Center as he announced that the terms of reference of the project that will be open for a Swiss Challenge will be published within this week.

Escalante said he hopes there will be interested contractors who will challenge the offer of the Dynamic Builders and Construction Company to develop PAC.

Two weeks ago, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan approved the Joint Certification of Successful Negotiations, as well as Terms of Reference based on the agreed terms and conditions, resulting from the negotiations between the P4 Selection Committee and Dynamic Builders.
