BOSS extension eyed
BY RENE GENOVE

Dumaguete City Administrator Ricardo Gonzales Jr. said the Business One Stop Shop, that is ongoing until today, could be extended until Feb. 15 if concerned agencies will recommend it.

The BOSS is a simplified business registration process in the city hall where all concerned local and national agencies, including SSS, DTI, BIR, PhilHealth and local agencies are ready to provide easy steps and cut red tape, in a bid to make the city more business friendly.

Officials from the Office of the Ombudsman will also inspect the city's system as a model for other local government units, a City Hall report said.*RG
