Class '94 rules NOHS
Inter-class bowlfest

Class '94 beat Class '97 in the championship round to capture the title in the premier division of the Negros Occidental High School 2 nd Conference Inter-class Alumni Bowling Tournament hosted by Batch '93 at the Negros Super Lanes in Bacolod City.

In Category B, Class'99 turned back Class '89for the crown while Class '70 prevailed over Class '92 in Category C in the finals.

In claiming the top prize in the premier division Class'94 composed of Peter Deocadez, Toto Flores, Jennifer Jamora, Jolores Pabonand Joemarie Sevillade outscored Class '97 headed by Jecky Sola, Karl Barbosa and Jozel Balontong in the finals, 523-511.

Class'99 piloted by Joemar Baylon and Richard Secuel downed Class '89 headed by Glori Libo-on and Ronela Corderoto win the championship, 519-515.

Class '70 led by Bonnie Ta-ala and Vita De Paula outplayed the younger Batch '92 in the battle for the title in Division C.

Second to fourth runners-up in the premiere category were Class '66, Batch '90 and Class '85.

Batch '95, Class '80 and C'87 were second to fourth runners-up in Category B, while Class '88, C'86 and C'67 in Category C.

Consolation prize winners in the non-winning entries were Batch '96 (Bracket A), Class '68 (Bracket B), and Batch '93 (Category C)

Batch '94 and Batch '90 recorded the tournament's highest single and triple with 551 and 1,568 apiece.

The individual awardees were Nonito Cabrera (C'70) in highest single with 150; Je De Leon (C'70) in pinning with 94, and Cesar Sumaylo (C'82) in triple with 364 in the men's division;

In the distaff side, it was Cheryl Bacay (Batch '95) in pinning with 90; Veronica Baylon (B'99) and Ann Dayot (Class '82) in single and triple with 129 and 351, respectively.

The organizing committee were Citoy Tano (Batch '93), Glori Edna Libo-on, Henry James Toga, Alex, Tammy Sumugat, and Joemar Baylon.*HLG
