A Nissan Sentra car fell into the drainage being constructed between Bar 21 and Café Bob’s at Lacson Street in Bacolod City, at about 9 last night.

The car with plate number FHM326 of Charles Angelo Mastelero, 27, of EB Magalona town in Negros Occidental, was turning from north to east of Lacson Street when it drove into the ongoing drainage work, Police Insp. Florentino Abalayan, Station 2 deputy chief, said.

Mastelero was not injured but his car was damaged, Abalayan added.

Witnesses said the early warning devices in the area were not very visible.*SGG
