The Bacolod City-based Fil-Sino Athletic Club will be holding its 2nd Inter-Color Basketball Tournament for 2018 starting April 16 at the Bacolod Tay Tung High School Po Hang Gym.
Dubbed as the All Asian Countertrade Inc. Inter-Color Basketball Tournament, it will be composed of 10 teams that will be classified under Class A and Class B categories from the company's transport, sugar and trading divisions.
The teams will carry the banner of AACI Trading, AACI Transport, JSY Transport, JSY Countertrade, Organic Solutions, Royal Star Trading, Sweet Crystals Sugar, Basecom, Huminova Tigers and Silver Dragon Transport.
The tournament will adopt a double round-robin format with playing schedules on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
The drafting among 150 active members of the club was held on Wednesday and was led by FilCino's club president Michael Oliver Manaloto and vice president Christopher James Tan.
Fil-sino members who were drafted for Class A are: Efraim Valencia, Jeremy Coo, June Dale Yap, Nimrod Alvan Rodriquez, Rey Pandoro, Dandan Ma, Eugene Tsai, Bobile Alagaban, DK Equipaje, and Harry Siendo.
For Class B, the players drafted were: Joaquin Gochangco Jr., Omar Galunan, Bryan Javelosa, Cris Pascua, JR Lacson, Jay Agulan, Joel Masadia Jr., Kieron Tan, Pao Pao Lim and Beejay Paredes.*
