New subdivision to rise
in Mansilingan: Guanzon

A Bacolod company is opening a new venture to develop a subdivision in Barangay Mansilingan to keep up with the land development expansions in the city.

RGG Homes inBrgy.Mansilingan, Bacolod City, is now being developed to caterto Negrenses with its low-cost socialized housing, its Consultant, Emmanuel Loplop, said yesterday.

Former Bacolod Councilor MonjuGuanzon said local business leaders are overshadowed by investors from outside the city and he hopes this new development will boost the local economy.

The new subdivision is a solo venture of Guanzon, who admits he is a new player in the land development industry. It is located along the Mansilingan-Murcia road, behind the Green Acres Subdivision.

The new project has been two-years in the making and will follow the same policies and practices of other subdivision developers, he also said.

Loplop said the area is about 4.6 hectares and will have a variety of house types, ranging from socialized to high-end, as affordability was considered by the company.

RGG Homes will be launched in October and the designs of their model houses are now available. They are now open for house and lot reservations.

Guanzon also said this new development is for the Negrenses and he hopes for their support to level up with competitors from outside the province. * MLG
