I did not know it was a crime: Colglazier

The National Bureau of Investigation is studying filing more charges against an American arrested for uploading videos of himself having sex with multiple partners on pornographic sites.

Court junks MR of MKK in poll protest

The Regional Trial Court Branch 42 denied the motion for reconsideration filed by Richard Calulut, et al, against the Board of Canvassers for failure to show “direct adverse effect” or “direct injury as a result of the act complained of.”

The plaintiffs, who are supporters of Pamilya MKK candidates led by former mayor Monico Puentevella, filed the case against the BOC chaired by Bacolod Election Officer Mavil Majarucon-Sia seeking a manual recount or audit of the ballots cast in the May 9 elections.

Their motion for reconsideration was anchored on the ground that there exists “actual, legal and constitutional controversy.”moremoremore

Solon reveals ‘untouchables’ in illegal gambling in NegOr

Rep. Arnulfo Teves Jr. (Neg. Or., 3rd District) has expressed his all-out support to the government’s campaign against illegal gambling as he vowed to do his share as congressman to make a report on this matter before authorities in Manila.

Teves has divulged the names of individuals whom he described as “untouchables” in the illegal numbers game in Negros Oriental and expressed dismay over the absence of the police provincial director in the dialog called for by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office over the weekend in Dumaguete City.

He said he was looking for answers if the one-strike policy of the Philippine National Police was being implemented in cities and municipalities where illegal gambling was rampant.
