Murcia bet Mutya ng Pilipinas-NIR

Louise Lian Enumerable of Murcia, Negros Occidental, was crowned Mutya ng Pilipinas-Negros Island Region 2017 at the L'Fisher Hotel in Bacolod City, last night.

The 20-year-old Enumerable bested 18 other festival queens from all over Negros Island.

She will officially represent and bear the sash of the NIR in the Mutya ng Pilipinas contest this August.

Enumerable also won two corporate awards.

First runner-up was KennyvebCasabuena of La Carlota in Negros Occidentaland TreciaTuquero was named second runner-up.

The top 3 this year all came from Negros Occidental. In 2016, RenelynDeguit of Negros Oriental brought home the crown for MutyangPilipinas-NIR.

Deborah Belen Villaflores from Dumaguete City, who was able to make it to the Top 9, was awarded Miss Photogenic and Best in Evening Gown.

Shane Pia, representing Moises Padilla in Negros Occidental, was also included in the top 9. She was named Best in Swimwear.

Others who also made it to the top 9 were Vina Marie Peña, Joy MagielenJontilano, Ma. Lyn Agriam, all from Bacolod City, and Zynneth Carmel Zamora of Manjuyod on Negros Oriental.

RaygineMagundayao of Hinoba-an was named Miss Congeniality.*SGG
