Seminar for IT-BPM services set

The Export Management Bureau of the Department of Trade and Industry will conduct a capacity building seminar for Information Technology–Business Process Management Services, under the Regional Interactive Platform for the Philippine Exporters Plus program, on December 12, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at Business Inn in Bacolod City, a DTI press release said.

The activity aims to provide the needed interventions identified for the IT BPM services to reinforce the competitiveness of the enrollees under the sector to further equip them with the necessary tools and information for export trade development and promotion. Among the topics to be discussed are “Understand Services Export”, “Updates on the Philippine IT-BPM Industry”, “Opportunities of IT-BPM in Asean and the Global Market”, and “Business Intelligence and Trends”.

Target participants are IT-BPM firms, exporters, and entrepreneurs who would like to go into exports. Interested participants can confirm participation to DTI staff, Engiemar Tupas, at 432-7223 or 434-7920, before December 8. The activity is free of charge, the press release added.*
