Joint development projects of Negros Occidental and Oriental will continue even with the abolition of the Negros Island Region, Undersecretary Adoracion Navarro of the National Economic and Development Authority assured yesterday.

She said the ANIDA, which will pursue a common development agenda for Negros Island, should be private sector driven, and “government budget neutral”,or at no cost to the government, which would also make it less politicized. moremoremore
