Marcos to get hero's burial

In a privilege speech before the Senate yesterday, Senator Ferdinand Marcos Jr., reiterated his strong reservations on the canvassing of the results of the vice presidential elections, on the basis of what he claimed were electoral irregularities.

He said netizens were able to capture footage and other evidence of cheating from different parts of the archipelago, citing among others SD ( secure digital ) memory cards found in a garbage dump in Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.

City Election Officer Revo Sorbito had said earlier that all the SD cards of the Commission on Elections in Kabakalan City are accounted for, after three of them inadvertently ended up in the garbage.
