Charges for two counts of murder have been filed against a policemen and six others before the La Carlota City Regional Trial Court for the death of Negros Occidental Board Member Renato Yanson Malabor and his bodyguard Leody Dellomos Jomilla.
Named respondents were PO1 Robert Chloe Rito; Felipe Juntarciego, alias Onyok; Eduardo Jugos, alias Bongbong; Jacklyn Villaquer, alias Golden; Nolin Nejana, alias Taming; alias Jason and alias Nonoy, Assistant Provincial Prosecutor Ma. Mehafee Sideño said in her resolution that was approved for filing in court by Deputy Provincial Prosecutor Ma. Consolacion Tabascug.
Four of the seven suspects charged for the murder of Negros Occidental Board Member Renato Malabor and his bodyguard, Leody “Butch” Jomilla, have already been accounted for, police records show.
They are Police Officer 1 Robert Chloe Rito, who is presently assigned at the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office headquarters in Bacolod City, Felipe Juntarciego, alias Onyok; Jacklyn Villaquer, alias Golden; and Eduardo Jugos, alias Bongbong.
Senior Supt. William Señoron, officer-in-charge of the Negros Occidental Police Provincial Office, said yesterday that he already gave an order to secure Rito, who is assigned as guard at the gate of Camp Alfredo Montelibano Sr.in Bacolod City.

The heroic act of the policeman, who neutralized a suspect despite being stabbed three times in Dumaguete City Monday, should be emulated, Chief Supt. Conrad Capa, director of the Police Regional Office 18, said yesterday.
Capa congratulated Police Officer 3 Juevisito Pinili of the Dumaguete City Police, for his bravery, through Senior Supt. Harris Fama, officer-in-charge of the Negros Oriental Police Provincial Office, who visited the policeman in his hospital bed early yesterday.
