Noneco complains vs. NGCP

The Northern Negros Electric Cooperative (NONECO) has called the attention of National Grid Corp. of the Philippines to the performance of its personnel doing maintenance work in Negros Occidental.

In his letter to Sammy Briones, NGCP-Bacolod head, NONECO general manager Danny Pondevilla said they have been dismayed by the actuations of NGCP personnel, who failed to hit the timeline on power restoration several times.

“All these greatly affect our excellent service and image to the public we are serving,” Pondevilla said.

He said that in behalf of the greatly-affected NONECO consumer-members, he is strongly and formally bringing this public outburst to their concern for a possible deterrent action so it will not happen anymore to NONECO and other electric cooperatives.*GPB
