First Gaisano mall in NegOr
to open in Bais, lease signed
BY JUDY F. PARTLOW

The first Metro Gaisano mall in Negros Oriental will soon open in Bais City, following the signing of a lease agreement with the local government unit.

This is historic since this is the first Gaisano in Negros Oriental, Lloyd Elmaco, Bais City legal officer said, adding the lease is by virtue of Ordinance No. 35, or the Public Private Partnership Code of Bais City.

This opened the doors of Bais City to potential investors like the Montesol Solar plants of the Ayala Group of companies, then now Metro Gaisano, he said.
