Limited slots for
Oriental trade fair left

Only limited slots are left for the Annual Negros Trade Fair at the Robinsons Place Atrium in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental on July 14-17.

This year, the Negros Trade Fair will showcase products from Processed Food, Wearables and Homestyle (gifts, decors and houseware, and furniture and furnishings), from the Information Technology and Agricultural sectors.

The fair is organized by the Negros Oriental Food Producers Association, Inc. in partnership with the Department of Trade and Industry-Negros Oriental, Department of Agriculture- Agribusiness & Marketing Assistance Division.

Producers from Negros Occidental are invited to join the four-day fair, Mae Buaron, DTI-Neg. Occ. trade and industry development specialist, said yesterday.

She said only a few slots are allotted for entrepreneurs and producers of each province. Those who will join will pay P3,000, while DTI-Neg. Occ. will subsidize some of the trade fair expenses.

Each exhibitor will have a 2x2 meters raw space booth, one table and two chairs. Booth sharing will allowed only for two micro, small and medium enterprises only, she said.
