Rosalina Alarba, 45, of Barangay Granada in Bacolod, told the DAILY STAR yesterday that the man, who said he was Dongbo, called and texted her through mobile number 09090032025 to order a bouquet of flowers worth P5,000 for his wife, at about 11:30 a.m. yesterday.

The Philippine National Police in Negros Oriental, in coordination with other law enforcement agencies, seized more than half a million pesos worth of suspected shabu and marijuana, and arrested 20 people in just one day, in what appears to be a crackdown on the illegal drugs trade.
The massive anti-illegal operations were carried out Monday in Dumaguete City, and other parts of the province.
