DFA conducts exams for
The Department of Foreign Affairs Human Resources Management Office-Personnel Management Division will conduct an employment examination for contractual positions (General Clerk) on March 1.
The examination will be held 8 a.m. at third floor VSB Building, Lacson corner 6 th Street, Bacolod City, a press release from the DFA said.
The applicant must be a Filipino citizen, aged 30 years old and below, a college graduate and has a Civil Service Professional Eligibility or its equivalent.
The functions of the position are to composes/drafts routine correspondence on concerns pertaining to legal, administrative, personnel, fiscal, political, protocol, economic, cultural, consular matters; performs consular-related tasks such as the issuance of passports, verification and processing of passport applications, and other consular services Files and maintains records and documents.
Arrange meetings and answer telephone inquiries or refer them to the appropriate person or office concerned.
Interested applicants may submit their resume with colored passport photo, transcript of records, diploma, certificate of civil service eligibility and/or board rating certificate, certificates of employment (if applicable), and NBI clearance before Feb. 24.
