Fisherman missing

A fisherman from Daan Banwa, Victorias City in Negros Occidental, who went missing Saturday had not been found as of press time yesterday, Lt. Commander Ramil Palabrica, Coast Guard Bacolod Station chief, said yesterday.

Francisco Dumadaog, 50, was on board his white motor banca in the waters between Victorias City and Culasi, Ajuy in Iloilo at 1 p.m. Monday when he went missing, Palabrica said.

Palabrica said that at the time of Dumadaog's disappearance big waves triggered by foul weather was reported.

The Philippine Coast Guard together with the Bantay Dagat and the Victorias City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Office personnel conducted search and rescue operations but have not located Dumadaog, he added.*CPG
