‘Kill the drug lords,'
PNP chief tells users

Police Director General Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa told hundreds of drug users and pushers to “kill the drug lords”, during the Pagtipon Para sa Pagbag-o (A Gathering for Change) at the BAYS Center in Bacolod City, yesterday.

“Ano gusto niyo patayin? Gusto niyo patayin, patayin niyo. Pwede naman kayong pumatay eh, wala kaso, kayo naman ang biktima (Do you want to kill them? Kill them. You are allowed to kill since you are the victims),” dela Rosa said.

He said all that is on the mind of drug users is how to find shabu, use it and how to get ‘high', while pushers are busy getting supplies of shabu and how to gain profit from selling it. moremoremore

‘Bato' not sorry for shaming
‘narco cops', commends Capa

Sorry, but he's not sorry.

Acknowledging that he may have hurt the feelings of families of police officers allegedly linked to the illegal drug trade that he had chastised for bringing shame to the police organization, tough-talking Police Director General Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa yesterday said that he will not apologize for what he did to them.

Asked what if some of them turned out later to be innocent and cleared of allegations, Dela Rosa clarified that what he did to them was not an act of condemning, or declared them guilty as charged. moremoremore

Guv: Neg. Or. Politician
involved in illegal drugs

Gov. Roel Degamo yesterday hinted that a certain politician in Negros Oriental has alleged links to the illegal drug trade, based on police information.

Degamo claimed that the politician is occupying a position higher than “mayor”. But he did not elaborate further. “Let's leave it to President (Rodrigo) Duterte to (announce),” he added.

“Let's stop drugs, whether you are a congressman or mayor,” Degamo, who attended yesterday the turnover of the Police Regional Office 18 command in Bacolod City, said..
