SP okays re-submitted budget
BY JUANCHO GALLARDE

The re-submitted documents involving the Provincial Development Physical Framework Plan, Provincial Development Investment Plan, and the Annual Investment Plan were approved in a special session of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Monday.

The session was presided over by Board Member Mariant Escaño Villegas, and the documents were approved through a resolution, to the surprise of BMs Liland Estacion and Erwin Michael Macias, who had to yield to the consistent objection of the majority of the SP.

Unknown to them, the resubmitted budget is different from what they had opposed during the Dec. 22 special session, when BM ArnolfoTeves Jr. stressed the proposed budget should not be taken up by the SP because it has major defects. moremoremore
