The Merceditas Montilla District Hospital in Brgy. Canturay, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental, will be operational soon, and Gov. Alfredo Marañon Jr. has requested the Sangguniang Panlalawigan to pass a resolution providing funds and approving the operationalization of the hospital with a 25-bed initial capacity.
