Birthday cheers!

It was an intimate and memorable birthday bash for businesswoman Tina Mirano-Ureta with her family at a Japanese restaurant in Bacolod City recently.

Tina is the daughter of Negrense lawyer Willam and Conchita Mirano, and the better half of Mark Ureta, son of Byong and Carlota Ureta. Tina’s only son, Marco, is a bemedalled student, having excelled in almost all his subjects.

All of Tina’s siblings were in full force. There was Gina, who arrived with her family, Joey and Gian Jesena, banker Liza and son Dj Dy, younger brother Chac with his charming wife Ann, Pinky and Em Ocampo, and her uncle, Alex Mirano, who arrived with his gorgeous wife, Hera, and kids Chaela and Sean.

Sean Mirano won as the Most Valuable Player during the 23rd USLS-VSO-SHARE-NOVA-NOCSF Age Group Volleyball, in the 14 Under Boys category. Sean is the youngest son of Alex and Hera.

Sean’s team, the USLS Volleyball Boys, also brought home the championship trophy after defeating the best-of-the best teams that competed in the tournament, including the Silay Selection Volleyball Team. The USLS team is composed of grades 7 to 9 students of La Salle-Integrated School. The game was held at the USLS College Court on March 26.*
