The food service group of Ajinomoto Philippines Corporation, Ajinomoto CaterServe, joined the recent WOFEX Cebu Convention for the second time to showcase its line of products and services for Hotels, Restaurants and Caterers, a press release from APC said.

Formally launched in 2008, Ajinomoto CaterServe is conceived from APCs vision to be the best provider of consumer and industrial products in the country.

Held recently at the Cebu International Convention Center, WOFEX is an avenue for those in the hospitality industry as well as culinary students and food-lovers alike to showcase their skills, extend their networks and promote services being offered.

Now on its 5th year in the Visayas, WOFEX continues to live up to being “The Ultimate Food Show Experience”, bringing together all segments of the food and beverage industry, the press release said.

Present during this year's WOFEX were Eddie Siao, APC Visayas Regional Sales Manager, Chef Russell Bautista, Manager – Food and Nutrition and Ryan Famador, Dealer Business Executive..

Ajinomoto Caterserve features sauces and mixes with enhanced taste with versatile uses, the press release said.

Among them is Flavor Up Liquid Seasoning which can be used before, during and after cooking.

Mixes available include Beef Powder Seasoning Mix, Sinigang Soup Mix, All-Purpose Saute' Mix, All-Seasoning Powder-Pepper or Garlic, which are as well versatile and can enhance the flavor of vegetables, soups, meats and seafoods.*
