| It’s graduation month
Excuse Me
The past two weeks, almost all parents with children from kinder, elementary, high school and college levels, were busy preparing for the graduations of their loved ones.
Stores enjoyed brisk sales of graduation outfits and it was the same thing for men, in barongs or coats and ties.
To all graduates, my congratulations!
Last March 18, the graduating class of St. Scholastica Academy gave tribute to their parents and teachers at the Grand Pavillion Hall on the theme “This One is For You”, with song-and-dance performances.
On March 20, I attended the high school graduation of Nieves Angelina Lim Lopez, or “Nina”, only daughter of Gerry and Marlin Lopez, who received a loyalty medal for studying at S. S. A. for 10 years, and who will take up a course leading to the Bachelor of Fine Arts in Information Design at the Ateneo de Manila University.
Congratulation to other new graduates, Kara Leonardia, Vivian Sarate, Jose Ramon Atienza, Anton Soquena, Monick Faye Piccio, Stephanie and Chloe East!
Remember: God’s love is a candle in the dark. No matter how gloomy our life may be, just one little touch of His love is enough to bring warmth and light.*
