Eighteen-year-old fisherman Elpidio Temporada won the top prize in the BangKarera pump boat race held Wednesday in Lakawon Island in Cadiz City.

Temporada topped the race organized by Victory Puey in commemoration of the city’s 45th Charter Day.

Also part of the activity was a jet ski race joined by jet ski enthusiasts from Panay and Negros Island.

Spectators at Lakawon Island were treated to a day of exciting race and jet ski exhibition.*
