Teleperformance acquires
company for tech support

Teleperformance has announced in a press release that it has acquired in cash 100 percent ownership of "The Answer Group," a large provider of high level technical support to the United States market.

Under a seasoned management team, the newly-acquired company’s more than 3,000 tele-technicians deliver a superior quality of service to a diversified client base in the fields of telecommunications, internet, cable television, specialized retail and original equipment manufacturer.

Teleperformance's plan, supported by The Answer Group's management team, is to leverage Teleperformance's relationships in North America and promote the specialized expertise and quality of support delivered by The Answer Group, the press release said.

Daniel Julien, Jacques Berrebi and Dominic Dato, the Teleperformance senior executives who led the acquisition, said that the   global economic outlook remains very uncertain, but they are confident that the integration of The Answer Group into the Teleperformance family, like the past successful acquisitions, will be very beneficial.

They said that  in The Answer Group, they have found very strong professionals managing a company with highly satisfied clients which matches perfectly with Teleperformance's values and culture, the press release added.*
