‘Sugar and Tee’ – this was the slogan of the prestigious Philippine Airlines  Interclub, the week-long competition  held at the Negros Occidental Golf and Country Club and the  Bacolod Golf  and Country Club in Binitin, Murcia.

The competition was played in four categories – Championship, Founders, Sportswriters and Friendship. A total of 82 teams participated in the competition.

PAL President Jaime Bautista, with Mayor Evelio Leonardia and NOGCC President Epifanio Torre did the ceremonial tees.
