Sunshine Channel 14 celebrated its second year of operations on Valentine's Day with simple but fitting activities that included a motorcade and an anniversary program.

The cable television station is run by Sunshine Prime Network with journalist and civic leader Primo Esleyer as its president and Amado Villacarlos as managing director.

The CATV station, which has more than 50 block timers, runs its programs from 6 a.m. to 1 am. The programs, mostly talk shows, cover a wide range of concerns – from current social and political issues to special interest topics like home, women and youth as well as public service and religious programs.

Villacarlos said the cable television station is committed to provide a balanced and quality programming through local public affairs program, news, entertainment, business and public service among others as he also emphasize their continuing efforts to gain greater public acceptance and support through the foundations of integrity and honesty. “These qualities will help us build and earn the trust of our viewers, co-workers and business partners,” Villacarlos said, adding that they are working toward achieving their goal of being the best local cable televisions station.
