Drainage plans of
subdivisions needed, SP says

A resolution requesting the Bacolod Housing Authority to attach the approved drainage system plan and development permit of any subdivision applying for a permit with the City Engineer’s Office was passed by the Bacolod Sangguniang Panlungsod Wednesday.

The SP also passed a resolution requesting the City Treasurer’s Office to determine whether local-based contractors doing business in Bacolod City are taxable under the Local Government Code.

It also passed another resolution endorsing to the Office of the Mayor the letter of the Bacolod City Veterans District, Veterans Federation of the Philippines to grant them a portion of the Handumanan Public Cemetery for a “Libingan ng mga Beterano.”*CGS
