| Mabinay tops The Mabinay Rural Health Unit 1 had the highest malnutrition rate among the towns of Negros Oriental, the Integrated Provincial Health Office said, citing the results of the recent Operation Timbang conducted January to March last year. Mabinay had a 22.1 malnutrition rate, followed by Vallehermoso - 18.4 and Manjuyod - 18.1. Gilda Torres of the IPHO said Mabinay has two RHUs due to the large population of school children. Other local government units with two RHUs are Tanjay City and Guihulngan. | ||||||||||||||||
