Neg.Occ. solemnizing
officers hold election

Solemnizing officers in Negros Occidental recently elected their officers and organized their group called “Community of Solemnizing Ministers”, a Philippine Information Agency press release said.

Elected as chairman and president of the CSM was West Negros University professor Doulos Joy Vingno, Dr. Marlo Guanzon was chosen secretary and Paulos Agustinos – treasurer.

Elected as members of the Board of Directors are Pastors Hilario Tagapan, Aeron Caldeo, Noe Madalag, Nicolas Garanchon, Adriano Bernardino, Elmer Drilon, Al Seran, Jero Salem and Juan Rubrico was legal consultant, the press release said.

The group held a meeting recently at the Sylvia Manor Hotel in Bacolod attended by ministers representing various denominations and independent Evangelical churches in the province. Also present were National Statistics Office regional director Norman Julag-ay and Provincial NSO chief Fred Sollesta, the press release added.*
