New resort, birthday

A new resort was blessed recently in Hinoba-an, which is fast becoming a tourist destination in the province. Businesswoman Eleanor Fukuda jetted in from Japan, especially for the occasion. Steve Millan designed the resort. Colorful flags swaying gently in the breeze welcomed the guests.  The pebble driveway went all the way to the newly renovated resort. The main house holds a lot of memories for Hinoba-an. It was once an influential abode of the Bilbaos. That night, two Baywalk bodies, Dove de Vera and Kissa Kurdi, danced and sang for the crowd. The following morning, everyone went by boat to the white sand island.

Nikki Borres recently celebrated her sixth birthday with a dance party on the theme High School Musical at Sugarland Hotel, in Bacolod. The ballroom was filled with balloons and stars. Everyone cheered as Nikki appeared in her costume, dancing and singing on stage. More than 200 guests attended. The children participated in games and choose from an array of food carts. High school musical cups filled with candy were given away after the party. Nikki is the daughter of Engineer Teomar and Aileen Borres.*
