AT CITY HALL, CAPITOL
It’s business as usual
BY CHRYSEE SAMILLANO

It’s business as usual at the Bacolod City Hall and the  Negros Occidental provincial Capitol today.

Bacolod Mayor Evelio Leonardia said City Hall is ready for any transport strike since this is not the first time this has happened.

He said he has instructed City Administrator Roger Balo to issue another memorandum reiterating a previous one, designating vehicles and the areas where the city employees can gather so they could be brought to City Hall in time for their office hours.

Leonardia said that employees living out of town who could not make it to City Hall, cannot be considered excused.

Things will be treated on a case-to-case basis, Leonardia said.

Gov. Isidro Zayco also said work at the provincial Capitol  will continue as usual.*CGS
