The SM City Bacolod Foodcourt has launched its 50 Cool Trips promo which will run until June 30, in celebration of the SM Supermalls’ 50th anniversary, a press release from the management said.

For every P150 single receipt meal purchase from any SM Foodcourt tenant, customers are entitled to one raffle stub for a chance to win one of the 50 trips to Boracay for two.

Duly filled up coupons must be dropped at the foodcourt’s beer station, the press release said.

Travel certificates will be given to winners, and are inclusive of roundtrip airfair via South Asian Airlines, a three-day-two-night accommodation at Boracay, breakfast for three days, land and sea transfers from Caticlan Airport to Boracay Island vice versa, and travel insurance. All trips are transferable but not convertible to cash, the press release said.

‘Little Stars’ screening set

The SM Little Stars search is now on for children aged 4-6 years who will undergo the preliminary screening on May 24 and 25 at the mall’s Northwing Event Centre of SM City Bacolod, a press release from organizers said.

To join, parents of interested children must submit a completed application form with original and photocopy of birth certificate, and two copies 4R size photos (one for close-up shot taken without make-up; one for full body shot taken without make-up).

A contestant can audition only once during the entire duration of the contest and only the first application will be honored, the press release said.

Contestants who qualify to move on to the next level of the competition will be required to attend training and workshops. The SM Little Stars 2008 Regional Finals is set on June 8 at the Event Centre of SM City Bacolod.

The competition started at SM Supermalls in Xiamen, Jin Jiang, and Cheng Du, China. In its original form, it was a talent show for every area, and each area would have one winning Little Star, the press release added.*
