A grand dual celebration

IVY

It was a grand dual celebration for Demosthenes Kerwin Sison upon his graduation from Riverside College School of Nursing this year. To top it all, he got more than a diploma as it was also the baptism of his beloved first daughter Kalaline Chazmin Sison. The graduate’s entire family, his parents, relatives and friends came home from abroad (from New Jersey and Ohio, USA), to celebrate the occasion.

They all attended the big bash at Business Inn where the event was being held. The party began with cocktails where the guests relaxed with their favorite wine and drinks and delicious pica-pica.

Lydia Sison welcomed the guests as she gave the opening remarks. Everyone enjoyed the excellent cuisine specially prepared for the occasion as friends of Demos entertained the group with a rousing acoustic number. A big surprise was a spectacular dance number by the Episodes with the graduate dancing like a pro. It was an evening for reminiscing with old friends and relatives who haven’t seen each other for a long time.

It was obvious Demos was touched by the love shown to him and his family and when asked how he felt that night, he responded by saying, “It’s truly a wonderful evening to have family and friends like you. Happiness is when you see the love and support of everyone like tonight!” Everyone heartily agreed.

Demosthenes is leaving for America this month to pursue his nursing career. We wish you all the best!*
