A “State of the Barangay Address” was delivered by Barangay Captain Bernabe Sibug of Brgy. 7, Bacolod City yesterday reporting on the 100 days achievement of his office.

Sibug, a first termer, was a former Sangguniang Kabataan chairman of Brgy. 7.

He said the Executive Order of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo, through the Department of Interior and Local Government, states that she wants a synchronized SOBA on March 29 but they decided to hold one yesterday.

He said he reported on the achievement of his administration and what their constituents should expect from them and on the programs and projects they have implemented.*CGS
