Restaurant owners, tourism council members and other tourism stakeholders in Bacolod City are invited to a consultation seminar on the Rules and Regulations to Govern the Accreditation of Restaurants on April 11 at the Parklane Hotel in Cebu City, the City Tourism Office said in a press release.

The Rules and Regulations to Govern the Accreditation of Restaurants are being proposed by the Office of Tourism Standards of the Department of Tourism.

The proposal classifies restaurants based on type of services, cuisine and concept. Once approved, the Rules shall be implemented nationwide.

Registration is free but participants should shoulder their own transportation and accommodation.
