GMA Network will air the rematch between People’s Champ Manny Pacquiao and Mexican ring superstar Juan Manuel Marquez on March 16 (Sunday) at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, USA, starting at 10 a.m., a press release from the network said.

GMA’s radio group – Super Radyo DZBB, Barangay LS-FM, and all RGMA radio stations all over the country will deliver blow-by-blow accounts of the fight live.

Dubbed, Pacquiao-Marquez 2: Unfinished Business, the upcoming fight is a rematch of one of the most exciting rivalries in the super featherweight division. The first fight ended in a controversial draw four years ago.

This is one classic battle that the partnership of GMA Network, Inc. and Solar Sports aims to deliver with pomp and accuracy to every boxing disciple in the country, the press release added.

A press conference to forge the partnership between GMA Network and Solar Sports was held on Feb. 27 at the GMA Network Center with GMA president Felipe Gozon, network EVP and CEO Gilberto Duavit, Jr., Solar Entertainment president Wilson Tieng, and Solar Entertainment COO Peter Chan Liong leading the contract signing ceremony. *
