Negrense Eduardo Alunan of Alunan Realty Company Inc. was again elected recently as national president of the Subdivision and Housing Developers Association Inc. for 2008, a press release from SHDA said.

SHDA is the largest and leading organization of real estate developers nationwide. Roy Calleja, president of the PA Medium Rise Builders Inc., is the new SHDA chairman.

Jose Juan Jugo of Ayala Land Inc., Michael Regino of Camela Homes Inc., Lillian Reyes of Property Company of Friends, Epifanio Santillan Jr. of PDB Properties Inc., Renato Tan of R.J. Lhinet Development Corp., Paul Tanchi of Asiatic Development Corp., and Bienvenido Uy of Stateland Inc.
