Roland Servania tries to get Punta Taytay's campaign off to a rousing start when he rubs mitts with Eljean Hermedalla of Sum-ag in the 26 kg. division.

Another Punta Taytay-Sum-ag showdown was also forged in the 28 kg. class where Punta Taytay will parade Razil Orcada against Zorin Labordo.

Also in action for Punta Taytay is Robert Atis, who collides with Aljun Oro of Handumanan in the 36 kg. The winner clashes with the victor between Er Gonzales of Singcang and Philip Catapang of Sum-ag.

Randy Cantilla carries the fight for Punta Taytay in the 39 kg, where he meets Christopher Esperilla for a title slot.

Angelo Apurado, the fourth Sum-ag fighter who clinched a semifinal berth, contests the other finals slot in the 39 kg. against Rafael Sueño of Mandalagan.

In the 42 kg. class, Raymund Orcada of Punta Taytay clashes with Ruel Parcon of Pahanocoy, before Junrey Millegen of Pahanocoy battles Michael Rojo of Barangay 10.

Sum-ag actually has five pugs in the semis with Jonathan Bagaid contesting the 34 kg. finals berth with Allen Oro of Handumanan, after the 32 kg. fight between John Mark Fernandez of Brgy. 10 and Rodney Boy Ducay of Estafania.

Brgy. 10's Ronel Gasapo meets Jeffrey Cabalhon of Alijis in the third fight in the 30 kg. category.

Action in the 45 kg. division pits Punta Taytay's Alejandro Jamili and Benjie Morales of Alijis in the first semifinal, before the all-Pahanocoy duel between Cliff Mark Millegen and Remus Orcada.

The last Punta Taytay fighter in action on Sunday, Joener Nonido, clashes with James Bedico of Mansilingan in the 48 kg. class, before Jeffrey Parnuncillon of Handumanan collides with Mansilingan's Jeffrey Mañale in the 51 kg. class.*CPT
