| The Rotary Club of Metro Bacolod headed by Jake Dumapi conducted an outreach program called “Funday with the Streetchildren” at the Bacolod City public plaza, recently, a press release from the club said.
About 120 streetchildren were treated to fun activities and games organized by the Interact Clubs of La Consolacion College and Negros Occidental High School .
A skit competition on the theme “Pagmamahal sa Kapwa” was also held, followed by the giving of food, toys, clothes, and gift items, the press release added.*

ATOSEC holds meeting
The Association of Tourism Officers and Staff of Escalante City conducted recently its first regular monthly meeting, to discuss activities for this year, a press release from ATOSEC said.
The group, presided by Barangay Kagawad Johnny Gabriel, also tackled their budget proposal, Charter Day in February, and caving exploration, among others.
The new ATOSEC officers and committees chairmanship were also held, the press release said.
The organization is composed of Barangay Kagawad Chairmen on Tourism Development from the 21 barangays, the City Tourism Office, and the SP Committee on Tourism Development.
After the meeting, the group called on Mayor Melecio Yap Jr., the press release said. *
